  • Orders are processed within 2-3 days after payment is confirmed.

  • Please note that processing time may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout:

    • Domestic Shipping: 2-7 business days.

    • International Shipping: International orders will get delivered anywhere between 8-20 days, depending upon the customer’s location and the customs clearance procedure of the destination country.

  • We will provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched. You can track your shipment via the link sent to your email or directly on our website.

4. Delays

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, local postal service delays, or extreme weather conditions.

  • Panjabi Traditions is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or any customs-related issues.

5. Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Information

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if the delivery fails, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the item.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at panjabitraditions@gmail.com immediately.

  • In the case of damaged products, refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy for detailed instructions on how to proceed with a claim.

7. Unclaimed Packages

  • If your package is unclaimed or refused upon delivery, we will not be responsible for any additional shipping charges or delays. No refunds will be issued for unclaimed items.
